Exchange-Only Policy
We accept size exchanges for unstitched garments within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) required
- Customized, stitched, or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
How to Request an Exchange
- Go to your order history and submit a Size Exchange request within 7 days of delivery
- Select the requested size and color for the exchange
- Our team will review your request and schedule a reverse pickup
- Once the item is received and inspected, your replacement item will be shipped
No Refunds
Shree Karni Textiles follows a strict NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS policy. Once a purchase is made, we do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or returns under any circumstances. Only size/color exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
